Here are my are my 5 tips :

1. Wish i knew about outlining and how helpful it can be.

2. I wish I knew many of the legal terms and jargon, which can catch you off guard during lectures, especially if you didn't do law before

3. I wish I knew the extent of the amount of reading so i would be mentally prepared when given the bunch of cases to read.

4. Wish I knew more about the culture at the faculty of law which can be very competitive, 'political', and the students behaviour can be 'extra' in regards to talking about law, politics.

5. Wish I knew that it would be good to be more involved in certain curricular activities that are related to law, such as debating/public speaking Society, Model UN and e.c.t., which helps in transitioning into the university, and helps you to make connections with other students.

6. Wish I knew how unhelpful some teachers can be, and you may have to just try to understand certain topics on your own
